The salt pour is generally performed on stage. After reading through this effect, you will possess the ability to do this in close-up, walk-around situations such as corporate events, banquets and table-to-table. It is all motivated and justified, with every action being relevant. You can open with the effect, close with it or perform it in the middle of your act. This is a very well thought-out routine. It is written for the right-handed person; lefties must simply reverse the actions.
Effect: The magician takes the cap off of a salt shaker and pretends to pour salt into his hand. He recaps the salt shaker and then proceeds to fill a plate with an impossible pile of salt that pours out from his hand.
